REAL-USE APPLICATION OF CONTAINER SET
A HIDDEN RESOURCE
Annual deforestation of 15 billion trees generates
an enormous amount of unused sawdust.
As this waste decomposes in landfills
it begins to contaminate water supplies,
poisoning wildlife and micro-organisms.

DEPOWDERING PROCESS OF CONTAINER SET PIECES
Reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills with
reutilization through additive manufacturing
and combating deforestation by producing
upcycled wooden products.
Taking advantage of the speed and accuracy
of 3D-printing to produce high-strength,
lightweight wooden parts.

ORGANIC
INTERFERENCE
An age-old material granted novel design freedom.
Wood craftsmanship has been refined by tradition
and now it's capacity for utility and exhibition
has expanded through new-age methods.
Organic material and natural forms.
This design is founded on the oscillations of
a trigonometric sine wave with interfering waves
organically flowing against each other the way
stones create ripples in water.
